Small dark-brown ants trailing along the foundation and kitchen counters. Crushed workers give off a rotten-coconut smell, which is the field tell for this species.
What to Tell the Customer
These are odorous house ants coming in from a nest outside. Our perimeter treatment stops them at the foundation, and the bait we place inside takes care of the trail you are seeing.
