Fleet & Driver Safety

Trucks that report in every night

Connect Samsara, Zubie, or Linxup and odometer readings and engine hours sync in nightly, plus fault codes on supported trackers. Log fuel with a receipt photo, track oil changes by miles or days, and grade every driver.

  • Nexus Drive Score grades each driver A+ to F from real telematics events
  • Clean-driving streaks, badges, and an org-wide leaderboard
  • Fuel log with receipt photos, bulk-tank pricing per depot, and an off-road fuel-tax report
  • Pre-trip checklists whose failed items become vehicle issues automatically
  • Fleet cost per mile, MPG outliers, and maintenance history per truck

A pest control fleet is the biggest line on the balance sheet after people, and most owners have no idea what each truck really costs. Depot Nexus keeps a ledger per vehicle: who checked it out and when, every mileage reading, every fuel fill with a receipt photo, and every oil change, tire rotation, or repair. Fuel and mileage entries can be backdated, admins can void or correct an entry without touching the original row, and missing receipts are tracked on a personal card until they are attached.

Connect Samsara, Zubie, or Linxup and the nightly sync brings in odometer readings and engine hours for every mapped truck, plus fault codes on trackers that report them. Mileage is merged from the live odometer and the highest trip-end reading, and only a strictly higher value is ever stored, so a flaky device cannot roll a truck backwards. A per-truck "odometer unreliable" flag tells the sync to skip a known-bad unit.

Driver safety is scored the Depot Nexus way, not the tracker's way. The Nexus Drive Score deducts points per hundred miles for each event type, weights the period by miles driven, and grades every driver from A+ to F. Clean days build streaks with named tiers, badges, and a freeze token that protects a streak on a bad day; the org leaderboard and the "how you compare" card put it in front of techs. Pre-trip checklists, run daily or weekly, round it out: a failed item becomes a vehicle issue with the photo attached.

Getting Started

Three steps to your first scan

Every plan includes a free onboarding walkthrough. There is no implementation project and nothing to install on your techs' phones.

  1. 1

    Book a demo

We walk through the platform on your real workflow: your depots, your trucks, the way your techs load out at 6am. You see exactly what changes and what does not.

  2. 2

    We set up your organization

We create your organization and your depots. You load your product catalog (on Enterprise we set it up with you), then invite your team and pick a role for each person: admin, manager, or technician.

  3. 3

Print labels, scan the first load-out

Print barcode labels on Avery sheets or a Dymo, Brother, or Zebra printer, and scan the first truck. Connect Samsara, Zubie, or Linxup whenever you are ready and the fleet data starts flowing that night.
