“I run a 5-location pest management operation. I had one app for inventory, another for fleet tracking, a spreadsheet for equipment, and a group chat for product questions. None of them talked to each other, and none of them were built for how we actually work. I built Depot Nexus because I needed one platform that handles inventory, equipment, fleet maintenance, and field intelligence as my business scales. It's the system I run my own operation on.”

No. Plans are priced by how many locations you run, and each plan includes a generous user cap: 15 on Starter, 50 on Professional, 200 on Enterprise. Add every tech, manager, and office admin without watching a seat count.
No. Depot Nexus is a mobile web app that runs on any phone, tablet, or desktop, and scanning uses the phone camera. Techs can install it to their home screen like an app. There is nothing to buy and nothing in an app store to manage.
Recording a movement needs a connection. The app installs to the home screen and shows a clear offline page if you lose signal, but there is no offline data entry today. Most depots and trucks have coverage; we are honest that a dead zone means waiting a minute.
No. Inventory, equipment, fuel logging, maintenance, and pre-trip checklists all work on their own. Connecting Samsara, Zubie, or Linxup adds nightly odometer and engine-hour sync, plus fault codes on supported trackers. Driver scores and streaks use driver-safety data, which Samsara provides today.

Bug ID returns a confidence level, alternate candidates, and whether the pest is in scope for your services. It is built to assist trained technicians, not replace them: always follow the product label and your own judgment.
