AI Field Tools

Answers in the yard, not back at the office

Give your field team instant answers. Identify pests on-site with a photo, or ask your AI assistant about products, treatments, and protocols using your own knowledge base.

  • Bug ID returns the pest, a confidence level, and a recommended service from your own catalog
  • Ask Buzz answers from a per-org knowledge base you can edit and expand
  • Every identification is saved to a searchable history
  • Per-user daily limits and a cost dashboard so AI spend never surprises you

The questions a tech has in a customer's yard are rarely about the product label. They are "what is this", "is it in scope for what we sell", and "what do I tell the homeowner". Bug ID answers the first two from a photo: the identification, a confidence level, alternate candidates when the image is ambiguous, whether the pest is in scope, and the recommended service from your own service catalog. Every identification is saved to a searchable history so a manager can see what the team is finding and how confident the AI was.

Ask Buzz handles the third question. It is a chat assistant with saved threads that answers from a knowledge base your organization controls: product notes per service, custom guidance, and a fixed set of compliance rules about what can and cannot be said. Bug ID hands off to Buzz with the identification already in context, so "what should I tell them about odorous house ants" is one tap away from the photo.

AI features are gated and metered. They are available on Professional and above, each organization turns Bug ID and Buzz on separately, and every user has a daily limit. The API Usage page shows tokens and cost for the current month, the last 30 days, or all time, so the bill is never a surprise.

Getting Started

Three steps to your first scan

Every plan includes a free onboarding walkthrough. There is no implementation project and nothing to install on your techs' phones.

  1. 1

    Book a demo

We walk through the platform on your real workflow: your depots, your trucks, the way your techs load out at 6am. You see exactly what changes and what does not.

  2. 2

    We set up your organization

We create your organization and your depots. You load your product catalog (on Enterprise we set it up with you), then invite your team and pick a role for each person: admin, manager, or technician.

  3. 3

Print labels, scan the first load-out

Print barcode labels on Avery sheets or a Dymo, Brother, or Zebra printer, and scan the first truck. Connect Samsara, Zubie, or Linxup whenever you are ready and the fleet data starts flowing that night.
